gold coast, part 2

Day 2;

went to a farm, yes, a FARM. it was called paradise country or something like that, totally no resemblance / connection to a farm whatsoever. hahaha.

gay brother.

me and my beanie :)

okay, time for some happy tree friends animals :D

lookie, koala :D i don't like koalas anymore. they're so not cute and fluffy like what you see on tv. we actually had to pay $20 to take a picture with the koala, that's like 58 ringgit... but we hadn't seen a koala before, so there. stupid koala was clinging so tight onto my neck with its CLAWS i thought edward cullen was going to kill me, hence the 'help me!' face.

they're only cute when they're asleep!

see the kangaroo's trying to scratch it's butt, but its arms are too short. HAAHAHA.

kangaroos kinda look like bunnies. they're just bigger bunnies.

gavin feeding the kangaroo, but it looks more like he;s trying to stranggle the poor thing.

eye's closed -.-

they served us tea and bread for breakfast. the tea was okay, but the bread tasted like flour. i know bread is made from flour, but it tasted like uncooked flour, you know, the white powdery stuff.

me and mommy. apparently we look alike, i don't see the resemblance.

my very coughprofessionalcough shot of some mugs.

gavin tried to copy me but i think mine looks better :D  because it doesn't have the blue kettle, which is a distraction! haha. see, i actually learn stuff from photog class.

drinking the tea.

horsey :D

they're showing us how sheepdog round of their sheep.

i think the sheep are trained too. just putting on a show to entertain us. how do people train sheep anyway? interesting. i shall go google that! haha.

and then it was time to milk the cow :D no pictures of that, i think it's very obscene. haha.

here's a llama, there's a llama, and another little llama, llama llama duck!

llama's are shoooo cuteeeee!!

next up, we went to see how they sheer sheep. after seeing this, you may not want to wear/have/own anything wooly ever again.

the sheep have really funky names, like poll dorset.

i don't like this man. he's mean to sheep. he just dragged one sheep out and handled it like it wasn't alive.

omg laa. poor sheep =(

the poor thing was crying =(

look, its leg is bleeding =(

evil man :\

i shall not wear wooly stuff ever again. it's cruelty to sheep.

went for a bbq dinner, then off to a night safari. not many pictures because it was getting dark and the animals don't show very well on camera in the dark.

hahaha. we have yellow caution signs, they have pink ones!

gavin was playing with my camera trying to do all these effects.

not bad la :)

i like this :)

my brother says that this jug looks like the 'fish building' in KL. the tall blue one that looks like a fish.

haha, it kinda does. that's if you know which building i'm talking about.

this was our restaurant. so close to the forest.

safari time :)  no more pictures.

too dark to see anything. oh well.

to be continued...
