HAPPY BELATED CHINESE NEW YEAR :)

went back to sungai siput for 5 days since the 24th and i am absolutely glad to be home! cny this year didn't feel like cny. no fireworks. no throwing cherry bombs into people's gardens. kl's really quiet too. blah. i went to a neighbour's house this morning to watch a lion dance. sadly, miss yeow was still sleeping so i was alone. i played blackjack with anonymous people from chs and lost like 10 bucks in the first 5 minutes. sad right?

two days ago, when everyone was at my house, something unfortunate happened to xxx's sister. she somehow hurt herself and her parents are not happy. to xxx's parents, im sorry that something happened to your daughter while she was at my house but it was just an accident. it could have happened to anyone.

yesterday at dinner, my mom was holding a paper bag carrying wine bottles and suddenly the bag split open and the bottles fell out. it fell to the ground and the shattered glass cut my mom's hand and it wouldn't stop bleeding. she's fine now.




therefore, i do not like cny.
