just came back from pc2. the happy-go-lucky-after-upsr standard 6 students were having a camp. today's the last night they'll be spending in school so there was a *coughlamecough* talent show and a hugemongous campfire! literally two stories high! the tinylittlesmall (kids nowadays don't get enough to eat xD) standard 6s were dancing around the campfire singing songs and holding hands and even breakdancing.
all these annually traditions like graduation camp only started after we, the very first batch of graduates, left school in 2004. so not fair!
talked to lai (my ex-sub teacher, good friend, and now college graduate *alleh alleh*) for a while on how unfair it is that they get all the good stuff when we, in a way, paid for their facilities. he wasn't actually listening to me (ass) but complaining on how tired he is being cameraman and holding the DV for an hour and a half without putting it down. that was all i caught from his yapping, there's still more which half of it i did not understand.
at least my name is still hanging on the wall under the list of donors 2004.
for those who don't understand, the names are...
lee jie min, lee jie shen
ng jeen pei
andrea tham, gabriel tham
joelle choong, gavin choong
wong yu tian
see toh shang woei
lim kai yi, lim kai jun
chang tak win
familiar? =)
oh well. we're old now. what to do?
